Bluestone guests are enjoying the magic of Free Range Fun on our beautiful Pembrokeshire resort.
When you arrive, you'll notice some changes on resort, to our activities, facilities, and in your lodges. These have been put in place in accordance with guidance set out by the Welsh Government, alongside our own enhanced health and safety measures to ensure the safety and security of our guests and staff.
The Guest Charter
We want to assure our guests we have taken all possible steps to create a safe and secure space to enjoy a break, with those that are most important to you.
The safety of our guests and staff is the most important thing to us here at Bluestone, which is why we've created the Guest Charter to outline the commitment you can expect in all aspects of your break, and the help we will need from you too.
New COVID-19 Guidance: Face Coverings and Limits to Groups
In response to new restrictions put in place from the Welsh Government announcement that come in force from Monday 14th September 2020, we would like to reassure all our guests that the health and wellbeing of our guests and staff is our utmost priority.
The wearing of face coverings is now a legal requirement in all public indoor areas. Face coverings will be required for guests in:
• The Booking Office, Village • Newton Stores, Village • All retail outlets: Giftorium, Emporium, and Wave Shop • Tŷ Coffi • The Chippy • The Serendome (advised in all areas, unless seated for food) • The Oak Tree Restaurant (unless seated) • The Farmhouse Bar and Grill (unless seated) • The Knight’s Tavern (unless seated) • The Blue Lagoon Water Park: Guests will have to wear masks upon entering the building and while getting changed. Masks can be removed once guests get to the locker
It is not necessary for face coverings to be worn at our outdoor restaurant Camp Smokey.
The health and wellbeing of our guests and staff remains our utmost priority and we continually review our procedures in place across the resort. We would advise guests to keep face coverings with them at all times in case they are needed.
Children under 11 and visitors with certain health conditions that prevent the wearing of face coverings are exempt from these measures.
Indoor Group Limited to Six
Extended household groups are now limited to a maximum of six people (excluding 11s and under) when indoors. To reiterate our previous updates, it is our guests’ responsibility to comply with all relevant Government regulations.

Arrival and Departure
In our world of a "new normal" we have made some changes to our arrival and departure process to make things simpler.
We've taken steps to reduce interaction with staff at the arrival lodges and brought our pre arrival registration online. For more details about how it will all work, visit our dedicated page.
The cleanliness of our self-catering accommodation is of paramount importance and we are taking extra measures to ensure all areas of the lodges and cottage are thoroughly sanitised and cleaned for the use of guests. All self-catering accommodation will undergo a deep clean in between use, with a number of new measures introduced to ensure the highest standard of cleanliness.
These measures include, but are not restricted to:
- Removal of non-essential items (can be requested by guest for duration of visit). Please find a list of the reduced lodge inventory below.
Our activities have been reimagined and changed to fit within our new enhanced health and safety measures, without compromising on the Free Range Fun! These are all available to book via Plan Your Stay, with specific guidance on safety measures tailored to the activity detailed on the booking page.
Please Note: We encourage all guests to pre-book activities before they arrive for their break. With limited numbers on each activity and health and safety measures in place, we cannot guarantee you will be able to take part in all the activities you wish to. Please book online or via our Reservations Team before you arrival.

We recommend all our guests to get out and explore the beauty and wonder of Pembrokeshire and it’s National Park, but it’s important to be mindful that to respect the need to stay safe and adhere to restrictions while enjoying our beautiful corner of West Wales this summer.
